Since 2004, Bob has served as CFO for over 40 Venture Advisors clients driving successful results including :

• M&A
• Restructuring
• Venture Financings

In January 2011, he managed the $31 million sale of Dimdim to SalesForce.com.

Prior to Venture Advisors, Bob successfully restructured and recapitalized Synamics Corp., a multi-national communications company in 2002. In 2000, he was CFO and one of the founders at BaseSix, an interactive IT services company.

Prior to these entrepreneurial ventures, Bob was CFO of Inso Corporation, a $70 million publicly traded software company and had a successful career at Data General, where he was CFO of a $625 million operating division. Bob began his career at Johnson & Johnson as an M&A Analyst and Marketing Accounting Manager.
