Since joining Venture Advisors in 2005, Jim has served as CFO for over 35 clients . In addition to daily operating responsibilities at his clients during this time he participated in:
  • over $150M in Venture equity and debt financings
  • M & A, transactions
  • due diligence projects
  • restructuring and wind-down projects
Prior to joining Venture Advisors he was VP of Finance for Emulex a NYSE listed company which acquired Giganet for $650M while he was CFO. Before Giganet he held multiple CFO positions in venture backed tech start-ups.
