Team Overview

The key to the success of our integrated service model is our skilled and experienced team. The following describes the minimum requisite skills and experience for each level on our team:

CFO Partner
All three CFO partners have a minimum of 20 years overall experience and 10 years as a CFO. Each has been CFO of a publicly traded company, personally raised debt and equity financing and managed an IPO or a substantial sell-side M&A.

VP, Finance
Our VP’s of Finance have a minimum of 15 years of overall experience and 5 years as the stand alone senior finance leader in an early stage company.

Controllers
Our Controllers have a minimum of 10 years experience. Most are CPA’s and all are skilled hands on accountants. Our controllers are proficient in executing scalable best practices in early stage companies.
