We are a consulting firm specializing in Financial, Legal, and Human Resources services for early stage and mid-sized companies. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs and management teams build and sustain successful businesses.

Our growing customer base includes emerging-growth and venture-backed companies in a variety of high-technology fields, including software, telecommunications, wireless services, and consulting services. We also have a number of clients in non-high-tech fields such as biotechnology, retail sales, management consulting and manufacturing.

Founders:
Venture Advisors was founded in 2002 by Jim Jordan and Phil Lotane. Tina Sterpe, Doc Honan and Bob Dudley are also principals of the firm.
